We were contacted by an existing customer who was planning to renovate their existing home. After consultation meetings and ideas agreed on, this project developed into one where smart tech was included.
If you know Fully Wired, you’ll know that we specialise in high end projects where we love to include the latest and most innovative technologies into the projects.
We finished the project with an entire rewire of the property including sub mains distribution, main distribution, provisions ready for electric vehicles, an outdoor garden room, electric windows internally, a complete internal hard wired data network, a complete security CCTV system around the whole property, and a complete smart technology solution for the entire property, internally and externally.
Using Lightwave
On this occasion for smart tech, we chose a trusted and tried manufacturer, Lightwave. With us already being Lightwave Pro installers through the manufacture directly, we knew the products would offer a fantastic solution to the customer where they could easily expand the system to include more than what has been currently installed – making this a futureproof smart option without multiple applications running to control the whole home.
All lighting within the home is completely controllable, both in a standard way by use of switches, and also to support voice and app-controlled ways. The customer is now able to operate their home remotely from anywhere in the world, add automations to every room, as well as see and manage energy uses in every room of the property. Further to this, smart plugs were installed to offer the same control of plugged in devices through one app or voice control.
With every point of power in the property able to be upgraded and added to as the home evolves, we are able to bolt on more options for the customer as and when they decide they want more function and automation to the system.
We were very grateful that the owners of the property trusted us with their project, and we are pleased to present this beautiful Cheshire home.
