From our initial enquiry by Wendy and Matt, we knew we had a rewarding but challenging project on our hands. The building we were tasked to completely rewire had several aspects to it. We had a very old (200 year plus!) building that had been neglected to the point where everything from the electrics, plumbing and even the roof had to be renewed.
The brief was to build a solution for one luxury town flat above two business units below. Three different supplies to three properties all interlinked together into one project.
The domestic dwelling was finished to high-end build quality with modern lighting and safety equipment throughout, and into the outside area at the rear of the property. In the same time frame, we designed and built a modern business hub for one of the properties below. Alongside this, we were tasked to deliver a modern office space for Wendy and Matt to work and expand from.
Through a full electrical rewire of 3-phase and single-phase supplies, to a complete internal data network throughout the properties, we completed all aspects with passion and pride to the highest standard.
